This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the hanuman temple and Ramboda falls. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are high quality with all facilities. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary tea from the tea factory.

During my recent stay at the Glenloch Tea Factory, I was delighted by the hotel's unique tea factory setting. It was fascinating to learn about the tea-making process and witness it firsthand. The hotel rooms were renovated and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and greenery. The breakfast and dinners provided were delicious, prepared by a wonderful cook. The hotel also had common spaces where guests could relax and socialize, both indoors and in the fresh air. The Operations Coordinator, Farvees, was extremely helpful in resolving any questions or requests. The hotel also had a great natural cosmetics and tea shop. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.

Some rooms had black mold and a damp smell, most likely due to the humid climate of Ramboda. However, when we requested a different room, it was better, although still had a slight mold issue.

Nice shower, nice bed, clean rooms, nice TV with channels, very reasonable price, close to Hanuman Temple and Ramboda Falls.

We enjoyed watching TV with many channels and the reasonable price of the stay. The location was convenient, within walking distance to a beautiful waterfall and a temple. We also had a unique experience visiting a tea factory nearby.

The room had a small window and there wasn't enough space to store our luggage. The dressing table was crowded with other items, so we had to keep our things on the floor.

Had a great new year there! the food served was super delicious and they had a variety of options for different tastes. the hotel is located in a picturesque area with mountains, waterfalls and tea plantations which was a delightful view from our windows. the staff was really welcoming and accommodating, making us feel at home and answering all our questions.

There is no clear distinction between the hotel area and that of tourists. the signage was very confusing and the reception was not always manned.
